"I was in shock when I was told that my septic system had completely failed and had to be replaced. I've never had any experiences with septic systems, so I was really nervous about this. I can't say enough good things about this group. They helped me through the entire process and held my hand and talked me off the ledge when I needed it. Since this is a weekend cottage, we weren't there but were able to see the whole process from our cameras.
